Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Trendy Media Co., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Trendy Media Co. provides professional event management services including but not limited to:

• Event planning, design, and coordination
• Venue sourcing and management
• Vendor management and logistics
• Audio-visual production and technical support
• Marketing and promotional services
• Corporate event solutions

Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in each individual service agreement. Generally:

• A deposit of 50% is required to confirm booking
• Remaining balance is due 7 days before the event
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• More than 30 days before event: Full refund minus administrative fee
• 15-30 days before event: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days before event: No refund
• Force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and materials created by Trendy Media Co. remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client receives a limited license to use final deliverables for their intended purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Trendy Media Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trendy Media Co. operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
